What is RETRIAL?
RETRIAL — Restarting Triple Therapy with Robust Monitoring for Adverse Events — is an observational study for PWCF (ages 6+) who had mental health or liver side effects on TRIKAFTA and are starting ALYFTREK for the first time.
You join the arm that matches what you experienced — Mental Health, Liver, or both.
